<span>In this paper, a modification model for single-link reverse charging of internet is formed on multi-link wireless network. The pricing scheme also takes into account the base costs and quality services provided by service provider. Bit error rate (BER) was utilized as one well-known (QoS) attribute that can guarantee best performance provider (ISP) users. price determined decision variable to help ISP maximize profit. This optimization be solved using LINGO 13.0 program gain optimal values. computational results show setting constants variables, are obtained ISPs. make considerations in determining benefit according provided</span>.
